100 Cupboards Wiki

Hi, everyone! Welcome to the one and only 100 Cupboards wiki! (Or, more specifically, to my profile page on the wiki.) In case you haven't visited the {{#NewWindowLink: 100 Cupboards Wiki|main page}} yet, this website is an interactive encyclopedia about everything related to the {{#NewWindowLink: 100 Cupboards (series)|100 Cupboards}} series by {{#NewWindowLink: http://www.ndwilson.com | N.D. Wilson}}—interactive in the sense that it is constantly being written by an online community. Or at least, that's my vision for the site. Right now there are only two members; so, you can't really call it a community yet.

Anyway, if you haven't read this awesome series yet, do yourself a favor and {{#NewWindowLink: http://www.amazon.com/100-Cupboards-Bk/dp/0375838821/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1372991643&sr=8-1&keywords=100+cupboards | click this link}}, which will take you over to the Amazon page for the first book of the series. There are three of them, and they're all page-turners. (If that first book doesn't grab you, check out the {{#NewWindowLink: http://www.amazon.com/The-Dragons-Tooth-Ashtown-Burials/dp/0375863966/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1372982189&sr=8-6&keywords=100+cupboards | Ashtown Burials}} too. It's an even better series by the same {{#NewWindowLink: N.D. Wilson|author}}. You can {{#NewWindowLink: http://www.ashtownburials.wikia.com | click this link}} to visit the Ashtown Burials wiki.)

I've been a fan of N.D. Wilson ever since I read his book {{#NewWindowLink: http://www.amazon.com/Leepike-Ridge-N-D-Wilson/dp/0375838740/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1372982463&sr=1-1&keywords=leepike+ridge | Leepike Ridge}} back in 2008. Since then, I've read all of the 100 Cupboards trilogy and the first two books of the Ashtown Burials. He's probably my favorite author, although as an avid reader with a wide variety of tastes, I find it difficult to narrow down my favorites.

Nevertheless, I can determine that the types of stories I'm especially attracted to are those that contain elements of science fiction, fantasy, or mystery. ({{#NewWindowLink: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0411008/ | Lost}}, therefore, is the perfect TV show for me.)

Along with being an avid reader, I consider myself a hard-core gamer. {{#NewWindowLink: http://www.zelda.wikia.com | The Legend of Zelda}} and {{#NewWindowLink: http://www.metroid.wikia.com | Metroid}} are two of my favorite video game series.

{{#NewWindowLink: http://www.badminton-information.com | Badminton}} is my favorite sport. Yes, badminton—that game played for relaxation by shipwrecked millionaires and claymation chickens. But, contrary to popular belief, badminton can be a very competitive and intense sport. Not that I have a problem with claymation chickens using it to relax; after all, it's fun and perfectly valid to treat the sport in that manner as well. (And besides, if I was a claymation chicken, that's what I would do with my spare time.) But I felt the need to dispel the myth and plug the flow of misinformation.

So, those are some of my hobbies and interests. But I don't feel that this profile is quite complete without mentioning that I am an aspiring novelist and music composer, and an amateur percussionist.

Thank you for coming to the wiki and for visiting my profile page! If you'd like to contact me, the best ways to do so are to leave a comment on my blog or leave a message for me on my talk page.

Have a great day! God bless!
